CANCELLATION

Cancellation Terms: All individual cancellations must be made in writing and are effective upon receipt. Cancellation penalties for individuals are as follows: Outside of 45 days, a $250.00 per person cancellation fee applies. Full payment is required within specifics of individual of workshops. The camps are non-refundable inside of 45 days. If a replacement is secured travelers will get a refund less $250.00. However, participants may choose to keep their deposit in an ARAC holding account — in which case, the entire fee may be used for a future trip.

Cancellation by ARAC: ARAC reserves the right to cancel any workshop/trip at any time for any reason, including if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travelers is judged by ARAC in our sole discretion to be compromised. In such cases, a refund of payments received by ARAC shall constitute full and final settlement. ARAC is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable air tickets. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
